Rudi has a technical background and has worked in the South African medical device industry for over 20 years. Originally starting out as Senior Design and Programming Engineer at Elite Surgical, he has a thorough knowledge of the industry.
Chris is a qualified professional accountant with a B-Com Hons degree including CTA. He comes from a financial and auditing backgound and he manages all Financial portfolios of Elite.

Brett has a passion for quality management systems, and as a Biomechanical Engineer has an excellent knowledge of all aspects Quality Management Systems. He also assists in several design apects.

Lionel is a passionate artisan who has a natural talent for engineering solutions. He has conceptualized many unique product features through the years. He is tasked with management of the daily operation of the manufacturing facility.
Tshepo has gained his logistics knowledge from his father Abbey and many years of hands-on experience in the Medical Device Manufacturing field at Elite. Tshepo is responsible for all of Elite's logistical requirements.
